Job Description:
- Knowledge of Assembly processes and process parameters, tooling and fixtures
- Knowledge of SCADA Systems and Integration with PLCs
- Knowledge of machine, machine features and machine accuracies
- Knowledge of PLC, PLC Programming and CNC systems and C
- Knowledge of Engine Testing Process
- Deployment of Capex for New Product / Capacity : After Capex Approval,Process (DAP). Follow up supplier for timely completion of equipment for inspection. Do Inspection & Trials at supplier works. Prepare & seek review of trial report from supervisor. Give clearance to supplier for M/c despatch. Install & Commission the equipment, Review the complete project IN ORDER TO timely introduction of new product / meet Production targets in stipulated time.
